I am honored and deeply grateful each time I have the chance to collaborate with Karen Bernetti of Mindful Family Recovery. Recently, she invited me to be part of her Courage Chronicles, and I’m still holding that gift close.
Karen is truly a gifted soul. The way she introduced, opened, and closed the space was nothing short of amazing, so intentional, compassionate, and grounding. Reading her introduction and insights made me feel genuinely seen, loved, and cared for.
Writing this blog post for Karen was not easy. It touches parts of my past that I don’t often share, and putting those pieces of my story out into the world leaves me feeling tender and vulnerable. However, Karen and her work is important to me and supporting her in this way feels meaningful. I am grateful for the safe space she created for my voice.
