I’m happy to share how I’ve combined my love of writing with meditation. As a person who has experienced trauma, meditation hasn’t always come easy. However, I found my way into the practice by writing my own meditations. I started with just being able to write and practice a two-minute meditation. Over time, I’ve expanded to writing and practicing seven-minute segments.
This journey became so transformative that I took a course in meditation, became an instructor with Insight Timer and created signature Write, Heal, Thrive writing workshops including meditation as a pillar.
