Writing for Wellbeing®: Join Melissa B. Lombardo of Write, Heal, Thrive® for a monthly one-hour writing and mindfulness workshop where creativity becomes an avenue to wellbeing. First Wednesday of each month from 2:00 – 3:00 pm (ET). Through a short, guided meditation and reflective writing prompts, you’ll explore themes such as healing, gratitude, self-care, empowerment, resilience, and wellbeing. Meditate – Create – Reflect®: Melissa will lead you through a themed meditation, followed by time to create and explore your reflections through drawing and writing reflection. Bring blank paper and whatever drawing tools you love, pencils, pens, markers, colored pencils, crayons and settle into a space where you feel comfortable. All levels are welcome. $15 per session.
