Write, Heal, Thrive® offers thoughtfully curated writing workshops that blend creativity, reflection, and lived-experience wisdom. Each workshop is designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, community organizations, and workplace teams by creating a grounded, supportive space for meaningful storytelling, connection, and growth.
Our workshops invite participants to explore their voices, engage in reflective writing, and experience the transformative potential of the written word.

Amherst Writers & Artists (AWA) Workshops
Facilitated using the AWA method, these workshops honor every voice and foster creativity in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Led by certified AWA Affiliate Melissa B. Lombardo. Topics vary by group and intention including the Write, Heal, Thrive® “You Deserve®” series: You Deserve to Step Into Your Migration Story®, You Deserve Self-Care®, You Deserve to Step into a Story®.
First Wednesday Write with Melissa B. Lombardo
A monthly community writing hour held on the first Wednesday of each month from 7:30–8:30am. Writers gather in supportive silence, with an optional prompt offered for inspiration. $5 suggested donation.
